Has anyone Heard of OSAO? my friend said they were cheaper and better customer service then CGC.

My friend was posting a comic on a auction site, but could not get any buyers. I had heard CGC was very expensive, so we searched the internet for an alternative and found OfficialStampOfApproval.com. They were much cheaper and did a great job rating and providing much info and background about the comic.
