Here is Wikipedia’s synopsis of a comic creator: “A comic book creator is any one of a number of people working to create a comic book or graphic novel. The production of a comic book by one of the major comic book companies in the U.S. can involve a writer, a penciller, an inker, a colorist, and a letterer, typically overseen by an editor. Depending on the type of production, the different roles can be taken on by different persons: In most alternative and small press comics, the same person will write and illustrate, although it is still common for a separate person to produce the color separations, and sometimes the lettering. Within the major US comic book publishing companies, (for example, DC Comics and Marvel Comics), a different person is generally assigned to each task, although exceptions - particularly in writing/penciling or penciling/inking - do occur.” Now enters the amateur comic creator. From time to time, I am
contacted by individuals who would like some exposure of their
creations on my site. I am now attempting to add some pages to
accommodate them. The following pages will evolve with time and
content. My first inclusion will be a comic by Caesar.
He sent me a comic book idea of his own and his own art work and writing. I have uploaded a PDF file for your convenience. You can download it to your hard drive here at Caesar the comic creator. At Ceasar's request, I have removed the link to his comic book. He is working on something else (I believe about Wonder Woman) that he wants me to use when he is finished. So I will revamp this page when that happens. . You will need the Adobe acrobat reader to open the file. Most computers come with the software these days. But if you need it, you can download a free copy here . Now after reading Caesar’s comic, he would really appreciate some feedback. If you would be kind enough, would you fill out the form below with your comments. Name and email would be nice also. And your info WILL be kept confidential and only used for comic book business. Never mind about comments to Caesar for now, but if you have some work or something else comic book related you would like me to up load, leave a comment for me and we can discuss it. Thanks a bunch. Caesar and I thank you for your time and effort. And I hope you surf the rest of my site. I have been putting in a lot of extreme effort to make it one of the most useful and informative comic book sites on the Net. Dave
